At Hockey Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the ice, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel. Please note that for safety reasons, sharpened skates and custom jerseys are final sale.

Log into your account portal or visit our returns page with your order number and email address to start the process.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring sticks and protective gear are securely padded for transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
